BoldInbox uses Stripe & PhonePe, leading, established and well-recognized payment gateways for all credit card transactions and payments. We do not process or archive your credit card payment information.

Credit Card Rejection:
1. Expired credit card
2. Incorrect billing address
3. Incorrect CVV2 security code. Most cards have a 3 digit code printed on the back of the credit card, except American Express has a 4 digit code on the front.
4. Inefficient credit card spending limit. Contact your bank to increase the limit allotted to you.
5. A busy credit card gateway. We suggest you repeat attempt to make payment after the passage of a few minutes.
6. Bank Restrictions on certain international transactions or various other reasons. Contact your bank to resolve the restriction.
