Can I add a logo on top of the email header?
Yes!
In the email editor, click the "Add Logo" icon in the top-right corner of the header.
Click the "Browse" button to select an image from your computer.
Select your logo from your computer and click "Open" to add it to the header banner.
Helpful BoldInbox Hints:
- Ensure the logo you are using retains its original file extension, even if it has been renamed and saved.
- For example, if the image has a
.pngextension (e.g., my_logo.png), make sure the original file on your computer has an identical.pngextension. If the extensions do not match, the logo will not display properly in the inbox. - If the file name differs from the original, simply rename it to include the correct extension (e.g.,
.png,.jpg, etc.) and save it. Then retry adding the logo to the banner. - To avoid issues in the future, always ensure that any image used as a logo is saved with its original file extension, such as
.png,.jpg, or.jpeg.
