What is the "Do Not Mail" List?
BoldInbox automatically adds all unsubscribes, bounces and complaints from your email campaigns to the "Do Not Mail List" of your account.
Don't worry, as contacts on this list
Once a contact is added to the do not mail list, it is recommended that you keep them there so that you don't accidentally add them and send them email ever again. By doing this, you can rest assured that BoldInbox will always recognize these contacts, and will never import or add these email addresses to your active lists.
You can also add contacts to this list manually.
Note: We highly recommend that you DO NOT DELETE contacts in this list, unless someone has specifically asked to be re-added to your active lists.
