I’m getting logged out while working in my BoldInbox account!

Following Steps can be taken:

  1. Clear Browsing data (use CTRL+ Shift + Delete in most of the browsers)
  2. Enable cookies
  3. In your firewall settings, add boldinbox.com as a trusted website

Helpful BoldInbox Hints:

  1. Log out of your BoldInbox account
  2. Clear your cookies and cache in your browser. How do I clear my cookies or cache?
  3. Quit and restart your browser
  4. Log back in
