I’m having trouble uploading my contacts!

There are a couple things to consider:

1. Proper File Upload: Make sure you have properly uploaded your file in .csv or xls/xlsx format.
2. Formatting Errors: Double check and make sure that your spreadsheet or file is cleaned up with only the info you'd like to import. Then, make sure each column has proper titles, such as Email Address, First Name, etc., where each column represent a single category.
3. Special /Unusual Characters: Do not use special/unusual characters in your spreadsheet column titles, nor in email addresses to be imported.

Still Having Trouble? Simply email us your file, and we will try to either (a) fix it and send it back to you for uploading, or (b) upload it directly for you from our end, no charge.
